Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains what personal data DreamixWeb collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It's written to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, for visitors in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 — the two frameworks are near-identical in substance, so one policy covers both.
This is a description of our actual practices, not a generic template — every section below reflects what this specific website genuinely does.
1. Who we are
For the purposes of data protection law, DreamixWeb is the "data controller" for personal data collected through this website — meaning we decide why and how it's processed. You can reach us at the contact details at the end of this policy.
DreamixWeb is a trading name; full registered company details will be added here once the entity's registration is finalised. If you need this information sooner, contact us directly and we'll provide it.
2. What personal data we collect
We only collect personal data you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect: your name, your email address, and — if you choose to include them — your phone number, company name, which service you're enquiring about, and the message you write.
We don't require an account to use this site, and we don't collect payment information here — this is an enquiry form, not a checkout.
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs basic technical data for every visit — IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security and reliability purposes. This is standard server-log data, not something we actively collect or analyse ourselves.
3. Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use it — which pages get read, roughly how much traffic the site gets, and similar aggregate patterns. We do not use analytics to build advertising profiles, and we don't sell any data to advertisers.
Analytics cookies are not set until you actively accept them via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, or don't respond, no Google Analytics script loads and no analytics cookie is set — this is enforced in the site's code, not just stated here. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain, which will show the banner again.
We do not use any cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
4. Why we process your data, and our legal basis
We process the contact-form data you submit in order to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to become a client, to deliver our services to you — this is based on our legitimate interest in running our business and responding to people who contact us (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), or on performing a contract with you once one exists (Article 6(1)(b)).
We process Google Analytics data based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), given through the cookie banner. You can withdraw that consent at any time, as described above, and doing so doesn't affect the lawfulness of any processing before you withdrew it.
5. Who we share your data with
We use a small number of third-party processors to run this website and respond to enquiries. We don't sell personal data to anyone, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• Resend — the service that delivers contact-form notifications from this website to our team by email.
• Google LLC — provides Google Analytics, and only receives data if you've accepted analytics cookies.
• Vercel Inc. — hosts this website and processes basic server-log data as described above.
6. International data transfers
Resend, Google, and Vercel are all US-based companies, which means some data processed through this site may be transferred outside the European Economic Area and the UK. Where a provider is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (an adequacy mechanism recognised by the European Commission), we rely on that certification; where it isn't, or as an additional safeguard, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission for exactly this purpose.
We're aware the Data Privacy Framework is currently subject to ongoing legal challenge at EU level. We monitor this and will update our transfer arrangements if the legal position changes.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and any related follow-up — typically no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you become a client, in which case standard business and accounting record-keeping periods apply instead. We delete or anonymise data we no longer have a genuine reason to keep.
8. Your rights
Under GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; request erasure of your data; restrict or object to certain processing; receive a copy of your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. If you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Latvia, that's the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, www.dvi.gov.lv); in the UK, it's the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO, www.ico.org.uk); EU residents elsewhere can complain to their own national data protection authority.
9. Children's privacy
This website and our services are directed at businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices, tools, or the law change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
